Ingredients

  • 4-5 large pieces of tofu
  • 1/2 pot Do Goodly Smashed Pea Guacamole
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Warm sliced new potatoes
  • Chopped fresh mint
  • Creamy oat fraiche
  • Salt & pepper

Method

Season tofu, squirt with oil and grill gently

Mix warm potatoes with salt, pepper, lemon, mint and a small bit of creamy oat Fraiche.

When toofu is cooked serve pea guacamole & minted new potato salad
