Ingredients
- 4-5 large pieces of tofu
- 1/2 pot Do Goodly Smashed Pea Guacamole
- Juice of half a lemon
- Warm sliced new potatoes
- Chopped fresh mint
- Creamy oat fraiche
- Salt & pepper
Method
Season tofu, squirt with oil and grill gently
Mix warm potatoes with salt, pepper, lemon, mint and a small bit of creamy oat Fraiche.
When toofu is cooked serve pea guacamole & minted new potato salad
