• One pot of Do goodly dip Tasty Tomato & Bean Houmous
  • Asparagus
  • Sprouting broccoli
  • 1/4 cup roasted pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
  • 1Tbsp Smoked paprika
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1/4 cup rapeseed oil
  • Salt and pepper


For romesco sauce
In the blender put Do goodly dip Tasty Tomato & Bean Houmous, roasted pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds, smoked paprika, lemon juice, pinch of salt and pepper and pulse to a rough texture, set aside.

Oil & season mushrooms
Oil & season asparagus and broccoli
Cook mushrooms, asparagus and broccoli to desired degree of cooking, ideally both on the BBQ nicely charred.

Place mushrooms, asparagus and broccoli on the plate, serve with 2-3 spoonfuls of romesco sauce, sit back and enjoy.
